Ce28 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
This document sets out the terms of use for the ce28 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the ce28 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document, together with Privacy Policy us.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the ce28 platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform or any services offered by ce28.
Continued use of the ce28 platform after any amendments to these terms are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current conditions.

Account Registration & Security Responsibilities
Account Opening Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years or older to register and use the ce28 platform.
- Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, or identity details is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without notice.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ce28 will never request your password via email or any external channel.
User Account Security
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access due to your negligence.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the ce28 support team immediately at [email protected].
- The ce28 platform uses SSL encryption to protect user data during transmission. However, you are advised against accessing your account over unsecured public networks without additional protection.
- The use of automated software, bots, or other technical means to access or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Ce28 users agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any form of platform misuse is strictly prohibited. The following activities are specifically not permitted:
- Using another person's account without the written consent of the account holder.
- Engaging in fraud, forgery, or any activity intended to deceive the platform or other users.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or system errors to gain unauthorised advantage.
- Using ce28's services for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Sharing your login credentials or allowing any other party to use your account for any reason.
- Posting unlawful, offensive, or threatening content through any of the platform's communication channels.
- Participating in any form of bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
- Using ce28's services from a region or country where online betting platforms are legally restricted.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension, account closure, balance freeze, and/or appropriate legal action.
Payments, Deposits & Transaction Rules
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All transactions on the ce28 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and IBG bank transfers.
- Deposits must be made using a payment method that has been registered and verified under the same user's name. The use of payment methods belonging to a third party is not permitted.
- Ce28 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and are subject to the operating hours of the relevant bank or digital wallet provider.
- Any deposit made via an unsupported method or with incorrect information may be declined or held pending verification.
- Bonuses and promotions are subject to individual wagering requirements as stated in each respective offer. Bonuses cannot be converted to cash unless all requirements have been fully met.
Additional Limits & Rules
- Ce28 reserves the right to set deposit limits, withdrawal limits, or daily betting limits at the platform's discretion at any time.
- Users are responsible for ensuring they do not exceed any set limits and for monitoring their own financial activity on the platform.
- Any suspicious or unauthorised transactions detected by ce28's security systems will be investigated, and the relevant account may be temporarily frozen during the investigation.
- Any applicable transaction fees will be disclosed before the transaction is confirmed by the user.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Ce28 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the user violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or if there are security concerns. Accounts closed due to a breach of terms are not eligible for reinstatement.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support via email. Any valid account balance will be processed in accordance with the current withdrawal policy following identity verification.
Platform Liability Limits
Ce28 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or system delays beyond the platform's control.
Ce28's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the ce28 platform, including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of ce28 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or reuse this content without prior written consent.
Use of the ce28 name or trademarks in any commercial context without prior authorisation is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links
The ce28 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. ce28 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users who access third-party services through the ce28 platform do so at their own risk and are subject to the relevant third-party terms.
Amendments to Terms
Ce28 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for the resolution of any dispute.
